Breastfeeding in Idaho

Nearly all states have multiple laws pertaining to the right to breastfeed. Unfortunately, the only law Idaho currently has pertains to jury duty exemption. In other states, breastfeeding is exempt from public nudity laws and a mother has a right to breastfeed her baby wherever the law permits her to be.

This lack of protective legislature is disappointing considering Idaho's comparatively high breastfeeding rates:
