Breastfeeding in Idaho
Nearly all states have multiple laws pertaining to the right to breastfeed. For many years, the only breastfeeding law Idaho had pertained to jury duty exemption. As of July 1, 2018, the existing indecent exposure and obscenity law was amended to provide exemptions from indecent exposure and obscenity for breastfeeding mothers.
